Last updated: April 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NURA Intelligence, Inc. collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use the NURA website, app, connected device, subscriptions, founding memberships, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
- Account and contact information, such as email address, name, support messages, and account identifiers.
- App usage information, such as sessions, selected protocols, interactions, preferences, language, and feature usage.
- Device and technical information, such as device identifiers, firmware version, battery state, connectivity state, diagnostic logs, crash data, IP address, browser, device model, and operating system.
- Connected device data, if you use a NURA device, such as motion/IMU signals, optical sensor signal quality, derived performance or physiological indicators when enabled, haptic settings, and device events.
- Payment and order information, such as Stripe customer ID, Stripe checkout session ID, Stripe subscription ID, payment status, amount, currency, billing/shipping contact details, and fulfillment information.
2. Payment Data and Stripe
NURA uses Stripe to process payments, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, and related financial operations. When you enter card or payment information, that information is submitted to Stripe, not directly to NURA.
NURA does not store your full card number or CVC. We store operational payment identifiers and order information needed to confirm your founding membership, manage the subscription, provide support, process refunds, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and fraud prevention obligations.
Stripe processes personal and transaction data according to Stripe's terms and privacy practices.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the NURA System.
- To provide app features, device features, haptic guidance, personalization, support, and account functionality.
- To process founding memberships, subscriptions, renewals, shipping, refunds, disputes, and customer support.
- To analyze aggregated or de-identified product usage, performance, reliability, and business metrics.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
4. Sensitive and Health-Related Information
NURA is not intended to collect clinical, diagnostic, or medical records. Some device features may process performance-related sensor signals or derived physiological indicators. These are used to operate consumer performance features and are not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making.
Where applicable law requires consent for certain sensor or health-related processing, we will rely on user consent or another lawful basis available under applicable law.
5. Sharing of Information
NURA does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers and partners that help us operate the business, including hosting, database, analytics, email, customer support, payment processing, shipping, security, and infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
6. Aggregated and De-Identified Data
We may use aggregated or de-identified information for product improvement, research, investor or partner reporting, and business analysis. We do not intend for aggregated or de-identified datasets to identify individual users.
7. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the NURA System, fulfill orders, maintain records, comply with legal/tax/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. Account deletion requests may not remove records that we are legally required or permitted to retain in restricted form.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Payment card data is handled through Stripe's payment infrastructure rather than being stored by NURA.
9. International Processing
NURA operates from the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where NURA, Stripe, or our service providers operate.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or appeal regarding certain personal information. To exercise privacy rights, contact privacy@nuraintelligence.app.
11. Children's Privacy
NURA is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
