NURA - Pre-Order & Subscription Policy

This policy explains the current NURA device/system pre-order and annual subscription structure.

Current Offer

• First checkout: $169 USD.
• Included in first checkout: $99 annual NURA System subscription plus $70 initial device access / first-production charge.
• Renewal: $99 USD per year unless canceled before renewal.
• Payment processor: Stripe.

What You Are Reserving

A pre-order reserves access to the NURA System and the device program as production and fulfillment become available. Device details, shipping windows, packaging, features, firmware, and supported countries may change before fulfillment.

No Card Storage by NURA

Card information is entered in Stripe Checkout. NURA does not store your full card number or CVC. Stripe may store your payment method to process annual renewals and manage payments.

Order Acceptance

A checkout confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if there is a payment issue, suspected fraud, inventory limitation, shipping limitation, regulatory restriction, inaccurate information, or other operational issue. If NURA cannot fulfill your pre-order, we may cancel and refund the affected order according to applicable law and this policy.
