NURA - Membership & Device Access Policy

This policy explains the current NURA founding membership, device access, and annual subscription structure.
Current Offer
- Founding membership checkout: $169 USD.
- Included: first year of the NURA System and first-production device access while available.
- Estimated first-production fulfillment window: Q3 2026.
- Renewal: $99 USD per year unless canceled before renewal.
- Payment processor: Stripe.
What You Are Reserving
A founding membership reserves access to the NURA System and first-production device allocation as production and fulfillment become available. Device details, shipping windows, packaging, features, firmware, supported countries, and the Q3 2026 target window may change before fulfillment.
No Card Storage by NURA
Card information is entered in Stripe Checkout. NURA does not store your full card number or CVC. Stripe may store your payment method to process annual renewals and manage payments.
Order Acceptance
A checkout confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if there is a payment issue, suspected fraud, inventory limitation, shipping limitation, regulatory restriction, inaccurate information, or other operational issue. If NURA cannot fulfill your membership/device allocation, we may cancel and refund the affected order according to applicable law and this policy.
